Job Description:
Assisting Accounting Coordinator with:
Managing multiple Quickbooks accounts
Keeping accounts up to date, Researching discrepancies, End of Month Reconciliations, etc
Ensuring all electronic filing is kept up to date
Accounts Payable and Receivable
Managing property insurance, property taxes, and invoices
Managing contractor rehab draws
Keep all tracking systems up to date
Accounting administrative tasks
Cross training with team
Being willing to assist no matter the task
Grants – look and apply for applicable grants
